(More like scary programmed event in OD and OV. No,but also one other person had something like this happen to him. This one is one of many easter eggs.I know that one.At the end it end being some big fish,i think.But how many of this are in Orokin void and derelict?That's the real question.I know they aren't real ghosts,but is nice to see them all. Its sad that this the only game that tries to do horror right.
