Critical Enhancement.

 

Brings 25% weapons to 40%.

 

This, still gets out beaten at times due to Elemental mods adding to your base damage. (Makes a large difference.)

 

I'm offering the idea of increasing True Steel's value so that the 25% critical chance weaponry can be increased to 55-65% critical chance.

 

"Why so high?"

 

Well, I feel that Critical weapons are undermined if not used for just Hysteria, due to the boost in critical chance it receives from the ability. No damage would change, just the chance to bring Critical Melee builds into the variety of builds, and make some lower-rate Critical Chance weapons, Critical Build capable.

Reason why we won't have it.

Still, i think that at least daggers should have innate high critical chance and damage. How else could you make them unique and useful?
