Sniper Scavenger?!?

I recently did an alert mission with a ? at the accept missions screen so i did it. At the end it said I got a sniper scavenger. It's not a blueprint. Idk what it is. Can somebody please explain to me what it is?

Edit: looked it up, it's an artifact that makes sniper bullets fall out more often from crates/lockers/etc.

it's a bonus to how much sniper ammo you'll find on a mission. If I remember right, it is a one use item.

It's not one use, in fact its a perminate passive that you can activate from the artifact deck menu, and it will support you and any teammates during any runs you do.

Though you can only have one artifact card active at a time.
