I'm not a huge fan of Naruto or anything, but I know some characters based on the fighting games I used to play in the past. I got Mesa yesterday and I noticed something a little familiar... As you can see here, Mesa has a mask-like thing around their head. However, on the right side of the face there is a distinct opening between the mask or something, it's also colored differently than the mask itself. Now if you look at Obito Uchiha from Naruto, you can kind of see the resemblance... It's just a thought, but to me they look really similar.
