I don't know if he has any background in any of the martial arts, but he looks like he might and seems like a fun person to trade blows with. For those who don't know: A fun person to spar with is one who doesn't get angry in the middle of it and doesn't have a need to prove him/herself to anyone. But anyways, more likely than not, players would be fighting against/sparring with Steve with a promise that he would see to it that RNG would be decreased for the game.
