Ketec
Sure .. .25 energy might be useful if u get lots of procs. But the 25% base energy increase? How does temp increased energy help in any way (that you still need to charge up)? Most others heal or boost defensive stats or survival in some way - the stamina one might be kind of useful still. That on top of having one of the most useless procs (shields are almost never a problem on enemy).

Egg_Chen
It may be one of the least useful, true. The reason (I believe) for the temporary increase is so that if you are at max energy when it hits, you still get something! I do think the recent change from 25% energy down to 25% base energy was uncalled for. Another case of addressing a symptom rather than the cause, cause being the Synoid Gamebreaker. GeneralArmchair
This had nothing to do with the gammacor and had everything to do with DE's current crusade to remove powers from warframe

HibikiGanaha
More energy = more abilities = more survivability. Like Egg_Chen said, you still get energy restored if you are already full. The proc may be useless on some enemies, but magnetic damage is neutral on almost every enemy type in the game. Overall entropy is one of the stronger syndicate effects.
