Would Veterans Be Interested In A "legacy System" Where Mentoring Newer Players/frames Would Result In Exclusive Rewards?

Onto a specific reward idea:

For every mentorship goal a vet/new player accomplishes together, a single color on the "mentorship color pallete" gets unlocked (your choice) for both parties. With, what, 200 color selections (?) it's a minor but neat horizontal/exclusive addition that incentivizes without affecting power creep. Thoughts?

I read only the title and I should say this is a good idea.

There should be more of a reward though for the new player. Something like a forma or 50k credits. Just something a lil useful for both players.

mentoring people new players is kinda just what you do  when your in a clan , to add bonuses to it might be nice ,
