A decent Ash color scheme. This alien freakazoid's color set-up has me baffled with how poorly i can set one up. I'm good at selecting colors, my excalibur looks like hes on fire. I cannot find a single decent color scheme for this man. Post some SS here for me to... *ahem* admire.

You are a monster. He looks far better with the Pastel pallet than with the Smoke pallet.

Here's mine:

Got the scalp a nice 'old bone' colour (darker then regular).

Two shades of gun metal.

Black to make the other colours stand out.

Any colour energy.

 

The immortal skin makes Ash look much better (more detailed).

Randomize takes four random colors from the same pallet, under the assumption that they will work together if they are packaged together. In my experience you can get pretty good results if you start with that and then tweak it to your liking.

You will need Smoke palette for contrast. When you get that, any color will work with shades from Smoke.

 

 

 

Just play around for a bit until you get what you are looking for.
