The fact the game uses RNG doesn't mean all stuff haves equal chance of dropping, yeah, most of us know for a very long time, that many drop tables have items with very low chance of dropping, like 1% or 0.1%. I got really good at fighting him, but that jerk just wouldn't give me the helmet no matter how hard I worked. I mean I got it eventually, but still.
