tyny89
Why would they do that? Going to the void a few times and getting a few P parts is such an easy way of getting ducats.
Celle-Reveris
Considering the trader was added as a way for people to get rid of their spare prime parts(meaning the targetted audience would be older/more active players): No.
Issun135
One T4S or other endless T4 should yield roughly 80-100 ducats worth of prime parts.
rechot
They add the void trader because people wanted to do something wth there extra prime parts. That would defeat the purpose.

Gelkor
They add the void trader because people wanted to do something wth there extra prime parts. That would defeat the purpose.
Lightsmith
How bout no? Agreed They add the void trader because people wanted to do something wth there extra prime parts. That would defeat the purpose. My thoughts exactly
Ralsk
Definitely not. The whole point of the void trader and ducats is to eliminate excess prime parts and then to be able to trade mods for ducats instead would be like offering plat in exchange for credits. I can't imagine the stupidly huge numbers of extra mods (or credits in the plat example) people likely have lying around.
flamedance58
That would be a moot point as it does nothing. The Void trader and Ducats were created for eachother to have ppl GO TO the Void and get stuff. Any excess Prime parts turned into Ducats = more movement of stuff. The Void Trader also sells mods as well too!
Kz.Prime
Again. Every threads like this are people trying to get out of things the easy way out. No please, just No.
SanguineSavant
We have your lotus. You may exchange her for ducats at a given time and location. Ok, we lied she's in the sun.
Davoodoo
They add the void trader because people wanted to do something wth there extra prime parts. That would defeat the purpose. Void trader was actually community idea to exchange unwanted prime parts for wanted ones. and it lost its point when instead of prime parts we got time limited deals for more powerful mods cosmetic items and more powerful weapon variants. Instead of getting rid of unwanted prime parts were pretty much required to farm them in case next batch got something useful.
Star
Prime parts for ducats is fine. They're not hard to obtain, and whether or not you can trade the parts for ducats won't really have a huge impact on the number of people out to buy your prime parts. Whether you can trade them for something else or not doesn't really mean less people will want to buy prime parts, if less people are buying right now it seems to me that there are less people in need of prime parts at the moment. If anything, the ability to use the parts for something more once you've already built the weapons would bring some more buyers, since I've seen people buying prime parts exclusively to obtain ducats. MDRLOz
We need to see ducats as rewards from more sources. The fact they are only available from the void is crippling the game variety. If you want to keep up and get the new stuff then we are forced to grind the void for ducats. How about alerts with smaller amounts of ducats. Baro Ki'teer wants more jellyfish... 5 Ducats and 4500 credits as a reward. Not a solution but it would be a step towards alleviating the grind.
