(PSN)kiddkammakazi
You know, like in Loadout where you have an option to go to a Firing Range / Gun Testing whenever you're building your weapon. The room could have options like setting the enemy level / type / etc. It could have an easy UI where you can just walk around the area with your crosshairs and you can place any enemy and it would just regen whenever it dies. So we don't have to always go into a mission to test our weapons.
OniDax
Yes, there will.
Kestral9999
Well, if you watch the most recent devstream they are incorporating a weapons' testing range/enemy punching bag room in the library on the relays. What that entails is still up for debate as Rebecca didn't have the required item to access the room during the stream so we didn't get to see it. Xaturas
Next major update, or soon after it. But no its next update. It will be in the new cephalon dude, after you scan the targets you will be able to fight them. So kinda like a shooting range, but for targets not guns. Wouldn't do much good if it spawns a lvl 10 mook that dies to a stern look.

Logic would dictate that yes you could alter the level, otherwise it wouldn't be a good representation of what you're fighting since enemies scale. But none of those details are confirmed, just sensible speculation.
