Runtowin
I have just seen the Devstream 47, and saw a lot of enemies appeared! What? What is the point of Survival, if we still have to fight enemy in Raid? We are supposed to be that "lone Tenno operative". Suggestion: Remove enemy completely from Raid, and add boss in instead. dragonkingdx
because there are enemies in every boss level. Why should a raid be any different?

Morec0
You're misunderstanding, mate: this Raid is a different gamemode from the current "Raid" mission.
Runtowin
You're misunderstanding, mate: this Raid is a different gamemode from the current "Raid" mission. Isn't the objective the same? I thought this Raid is just a remake of the old Raid.
Firetempest
Isn't the objective the same? I thought this Raid is just a remake of the old Raid. Raid as in mmo raid that requires cooperation and teamwork of 8 players that cant be pugged (easily if at all) to achieve specific goals. Not old warframe smash and grab. Samoth95
I don't get it, how is it different than other gamemode (apart from 8 players)? In Warframe, all gamemode already requires cooperative and teamwork? When we use the term 'Raid' in the context of the upcoming mission for U16, we're talking about raids like many MMOs have. Complex dungeons with puzzles and difficulty. When 'raid' is used in the context of that old lame mission type, we're talking about something entirely different. We're using the ACTUAL definition of the word: "a sudden attack on an enemy by troops, aircraft, or other armed forces in warfare." A smash and grab. Bandits raid strongholds and stuff in some games, using this terminology. Then there's the Lich King raid in World of Warcraft, which uses Raid in the MMO sense. And no, this one ACTUALLY needs the team to work together. Watch the last Devstream. They showcase a small portion of it there. No rushing, no hallway dumbasses. Co-ordination on a mandatory scale. Sixty5
It isn't a Raid mission It's A Raid The difference is in the specifics. One is a fast snatch and grab mission that was discontinued for being overly simplistic. The other is an epic mission with unique rewards that is set up for endgame players, and is a staple in many multiplayer online games. The difference is not hard to see. But that doesn't explain why we shouldn't have our distractors. Yeah, we still have to solve the puzzle, defeat boss, together on mandatory level.
