That's your brain trying to compensate for the over-brightness in the picture. In reality the dress is blue and black, but the brightness of the picture tricks the brain into thinking its white and gold. I had the same thing happen to me. People around my school are going about how: -If you see this certain color, you're going to hell -If you see this certain color, you have a sad state of mine -If you see this certain color, you have a demon inside you BS, all of it is. This is worse than the "Post this comment on (whatever) or (this thing that can't possibly happenhappen to you in normal standards) will happen to you." This, IMO, is probably a dress (which is ugly btw) that someone photoshopped to cause this hysteria. Cause I'm certain that the color of this dress can't give these possibilities.
