Oberon can Heal and Buff Nekros can create a mini army and generate more loot.. there is no "Best" when you compare 2 opposite warframes with each other. comparing Loki and Ash when talking about Stealth is one thing.. but you don't compare Rhino with Ember when talking about Tanking Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

At times, simple abilities can be similar in nature, but generally you only consider a frame 'better' based on personal preference and playstyle.
