They have stated several times, in several DevStreams, that programming-wise it was finished almost one year ago. It never felt right and they held it. Then they recicled the good parts. For example, Syndicates are part of the Focus System (a sink for your Exp points, with the possibility of unlocking fancy options for your Warframe Powers, and further cool weapon effects). Probably some other Focus abilities (namely the ones that need to be triggered) will be recicled as Raid rewards. Going by all the last declarations of DE, the "old Focus" (which never launched) is dead and its good bits have been put somewhere else. Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
