The only "nerf" that actually occurred was fixing a bug that was causing something else to double the credit rewards gained from Dark Sectors. When that was fixed, the reward credit was lowered, and in 16.0.3, they rebuffed it to pre-U16 levels. "Doubled Dark Sector credit rewards again (a bug was doubling these rewards previously and fixing the bug resulted in an unintended nerf.
