A rank 20 mod would need 614400 cores. 1200 of them would only get you to rank 11.

Just look at Valkyr. With Base Shield of 50, 600 Armor, and Average Health of 100. Corrupted Vitality? With minimum Shield loss and effective health skyrockets... OMG

 

 

Honestly, before adding another upgraded mods, fixing the existing ones and planning to rework entire mod system is better. They already messed up.

We have enough mandatory mods. It would be much better to reduce enemy damage output than to add two or three more.

I'd be interested in a corrupted shield mod, but instead of negatively effecting hp it could reduce power efficiency. Make for some interesting choices between durability and ability use.

People would hardly use the mod if it effected efficiency. Some people would still be content with Redirection+Vigor...

Unlikely because they're already rank 10 mods but maybe a primed vigor? Would have to buff it to give more than it does presently to really be worth it though.
