LightstealKnight
Why does sound travel at the speed of light in warframe? This is most evident in Archwing mode.
Kthal
1. Because coding latency can be annoying. 2. It feels wrong. Even if it is more realistic, a disconnect between audio and visual inputs is extremely disorienting. I experience this on a day to day basis (IRL), and it still feels disconcerting. XenoRanger
"this is most evident in archwing mode"Because sound travelling in space is clearly ok, but the speed at which it travels is not.
TrinityPrime
There's also damage falloff on guns in space and archwing's maximum velocity cap. Different universe, different rules.

True, there's no sounds in space (mecanical wave and science stuff). If you want to be realistic just disable all sounds.
