As part of the drive to make Frost less of a sit-there-and-take-it defensive player, what about a new kind of scalability on the power? Instead of absorbing fire from enemies for a short time after cast, make it so that it gains the HP of the enemies that you threw with the Globe. This would give a much more risk/reward type of gameplay, where the more aggressively you charge into groups of enemies, the stronger the resultant Globe becomes.
