The reason why it is so expensive is because it's impossible to get it. The price stays constant because there isn't an abundance of the mod, so no competition. Once people get their hands on new Primed Chambers, people will start marking down the price to stay competitive. To craft a key for nightmare derelicts, you need neural sensors, tellurium and argon crystals. And 5 different fragments that can only be acquired through alerts.
