It's supposed to be really good exercise but does take quite a lot to master. Also make sure the pole is stable... Or else you'll end up in the bloopers shows. That's assuming I'm practice where A) Roommates can see and B) I'd have to let people know I'm doing it and let them near where I'm doing it.
