Then made a ticket.

 

Filled out the ticket the way I was told to previously when I had another item missing. 

 

Get e-mail today requesting the same exact information that I just gave them >_>

 

From e-mail:

 

Provide IN-TEXT FORM ...

 

...

 

...

 

I did that...unless the text box at zendesk doesn't deliver what is typed in text format to you guys...

Pretty sure support has a semi automated system for dealing with tasks to help DE with requests so using information that is not requested will not help you until it is requested the bot probably scans for simple keywords so it knows where to redirect you.

Asks for Item to restore, I typed in:

 

Ash prime systems missing

 

When, I type in:

 

Well where I'm at(not gonna tell the forums)

 

Where, I type in:

 

T3 survival guess where?!
