I LOVE THE GAME.. BUT... HAS A LOT OF BUGS , NATAH QUEST... FREAKING ANNOYING TO FIND. TOO DIFFICULT . ALSO, IT WAS SUPPOSED THEY GAVE A 70% OFF LAST TIME I LOGGED IN (2 HOURS AGO) I WENT TO THE STORE AND SURPRISE "AN ERROR HAS OCCURED" I GOT MY MONEY IN STEAM BUT SUDDENLY I HAD NO % OFF THAT SUCKS. BESIDES, CRASHES MANY TIMES. I NEED AN ANSWER. I DESERVE IT. I'M A CUSTOMER AND U ARE NOT FULFILLING YOUR BASIC PROMISE

Caps lock never helps.

 

If you have an error with a discount, all you can really do is message support about applying it.

 

 

 

As for the Natah issue, be nice, and someone will explain to you the easy way to get a guaranteed spawn.

Support can help you with technical issues.

Bugs belong in the bugs subforum and a more elaborate and detailed thread would be helpful for such things.

Feedback, goes in the feedback subforum and like with bugs, you'll need to elaborate and not just rage.

@Bugs Issue: If you find a bug, report it. Don't just make a thread about how much it annoys you, but instead utilize the thread to make sure the devs understand the bug.

sorry for the caps lock.. and i tried a thousand times to get support... never got an answer... i did this and now i got one... natah quest.. i've tried too much and nothing happens, it's a pain in the neck.. still having technical problems 

 

Send in a single ticker per issue, and then wait patiently. It takes the support team awhile to get to everything, especially after big content updates like update 17. I can't even decipher what your issue is, so I'm hoping you're speaking more eloquently to the people whose job it is to try to assist you.

Open up support and start up a trouble ticket with your issues.  Make sure not to be insulting, don't use rude or derogatory language, explain your case as clearly as you can.  Include screenshots and logs if you have any, and include as much relevant detail as you can.  And try not to use swearwords, if possible.

 

I strongly recommend that you wait until you're feeling calm, have a cup or glass of your favorite beverage, and then write up the bug report.

 

Support is pretty heavily loaded at the moment, but they tend to be pretty good about getting things answered.
