chzbrgla
After completing the new tutorial, I was back in my ship and using my super old Excalibro and his loadout. Should I start with a new account to really enjoy the 'New player experience' or do I not miss out on anything good?

AdunSaveMe
You don't need to. You'll gain pretty much nothing from doing so.
(PSN)CowboyJeff72
Welcome back and keep the old account. There may be things in it that you no longer have access to, but you can always add the new stuff to it.
(PSN)Silverback73
I also say keep it.

I kept mine on PC from when I played the CBT and was happy to find I had the Lato Vandal. But since coming back to Warframe i've become a PS4 Tenno! Keep the old account, everything is going to be brand new to you and it is always nice to have a head start (MK-1 weapons suck badly)
Ackreon
If you're really wanting to "start over," just build a new warframe and armaments and rank them up fresh. That way you don't lose out on your stuff, but get the feeling of refreshing the game.
