Impact6
Because of this I'm rather quick to run out of ammo. It's unfair because when the paris has 6 ammo, and you shoot 2 rockets with your kulstar (which has 6 ammo too) which has a magazine size of 3 and you reload leaving your kulstar with 3 in the current magazine and 1 left over. you're left with 1 ammo for your paris prime. Let me try to summarize my bad english (sorry) 6 ammo paris prime = 6 ammo Kulstar (6 total) (3 in current / 3 left) you shoot 2 rockets from Kulstar then reload: 6 ammo paris prime = 6 ammo Kulstar (1 total) (3 in current / 1 left) This is oobviously a bug right? edit: 6 ammo is used as an example to show calculations. DeMonkey
It's not a bug, it's intended. Edited September 30, 2015 by DeMonkey
maimus
-snip- It should be 72 arrows and 30 rockets. but when using both of them together, they both use sniper ammo drops, so it defaults to 30 ammo between both of them due to the Kultarr. but only 6 ammo sounds like a bug to me. ValkyrTheSoviet
Equip a mutation on one of them and it will solve the problem
Dwolfknight
Consider the "Sniper ammo" as "special ammo"
Impact6
It's not a bug, it's intended. Is it intended that when I reload before my clip is empty, 2 rocket shots equal 5 arrow shots?!?!?
DeMonkey
Is it intended that when I reload before my clip is empty, 2 rocket shots equal 5 arrow shots?!?!? Err no, unless you were using the Angstrum instead of the Kulstar I can't see anyway that this would happen. So yes, I take back my intended comment. BabyKurama
I don't get why they most just give it 50/50 can't we have the entire ammo pool for both weapon but if you run out of sniper ammo then you wont be able to use the other weapon (well except fro the ammo you have already loaded)
Crissybun
Because sniper/explosive weapons are incredibly powerful, so their equalizing factor is their separate ammo pool. Reloading your kulstar takes 3 ammo from the pool and puts it into the empty clip. You cannot take ammo out of a reloaded gun; the three ammo in the kulstar will not count toward the bow's ammo pool, because it does not have a clip, it draws directly from the pool. tl;dr: Not a bug, an intended feature.
