-50% power str

-50% power efficiency

-50% power range

-50% power duration

 

Enemies killed by the Warframe's abilities produce loot that is rerolled 4 times, the rarest drop of the 5 rolls becomes the actual drop.

Increased Vulnerability

Takes the place of the Aura Mod, but does not translate the affects to the team.

At max rank, Melee Speed, Sprint Speed, Ability Cast Speed, Parkour Speed, and weapon Fire Rate is increased to 200%. Melee and Sprint Speed cannot exceed 2.0.

Base Health and Shield values are decreased by half. Armor value is reduced to 0. Damage dealt from any weapon or ability is reduced by half.

Guarded Potential

Takes the place of the Aura Mod, but does not translate the affects to the team.

At max rank, Melee Speed, Sprint Speed, Ability Cast Speed, Parkour Speed, and weapon Fire Rate is decreased to 50%.

Base Health and Shield values are doubled. Armor base value is doubled. Armor cannot exceed 2500. Damage dealt from melee weapons is tripled.

Basically, my thought is, why not introduce mods that destroy our meta? Let us experience the game in a whole new way, once again.

Got a few ideas to throw out there.

 

Kinetic Buffer: R5 Uncommon mod. At max rank, redirects 50% of your total armor into a buffer that reduces damage to shields.

 

Soaring Spring: R0 Rare Mod (like Coolant Leak). Exilus Slot compatible. Enables the use of a triple jump or double bullet jump.

 

Ghost Step: Exilus compatible R5 Rare Mod (alternatively could be a non-specific Warframe Augment Mod). Replaces the roll action with a dash maneuver. You would be cloaked and undetectable by enemies for the duration of the dash. The length and speed of the dash would increase as you rank up the mod.

I would do itXD, first with a Gallatin, 2nd with fang primes, cause why not

I would make a mod called "Marksman" : you get 50% damage from headshots, but you lose 50% damage from bodyshots (it will be a rifle mod)
So if you use this mod, you better have good accuracy lol
I would make a mod for shotguns that increase the damage of your shotguns by 100% but it will reduce the reach of itto 15 meters.

Also, a mod that increase your rifle damage to 100% but it gives the weapon insane recoil O:
I would make a mod that allows you to do a super fast recharge if you press the relolad button when the game tells you (like Gears of War) If you success any weapon will be able to reload in less than a second, if you fail the reload will last 5 seconds :D Also, a successful reload will give you increased damage for your weapon O:
Now a couple of mods for weapons with alt-fire:
-Harpak: The mod for this weapon will make Harpak's hook to reduce the enemys armor by 30%
-Quanta: The mod for thi one will allow Quanta cubes to remain in their position stunning enemies with electric proc. (they won't explode in contact with an enemy) they will still explode if you shoot them.
-Penta: The mod for this one would allow the Penta to deploy 8 mines at the same time, but you can't detonate them, instead they will explode if any enemy gets close enough (the mines have increased status chance)

Intensity of light accelerates rate of recharge

Dusk Renewal
Increase energy by 300%
Energy pickups do nothing.
Recharge energy by up to 5 energy per second in darkness
Lights and intensity of lights slow rate of recharge

Living Energy Cell
Increases energy by 1,000%
Begin mission with full energy
Energy cannot be regained
Energy in transferred to teammates if they have less than 75% of their maximum energy.
Energy is transferred at a rate of 25 energy per second.
