I haven't been as active as I used to, so I might have just missed when this enemy was introduced... but its name didn't show up, it was scrambled, I couldn't scan it, and it died before I could get him out of Sentinel range. I thought it was a new Corpus enemy and I just missed when it was introduced, but looked through the Wiki's page on Corpus and didn't find him anywhere.
