Xekrin
Just that once? Never before, never again? What map were you in, what weapons were you using? What mission? There are a whole slew of things that can contribute to a sudden crash. It isn't like the game for no reason at all decides to explode. Try providing a bit more detail, and if you had other programs running at the time (browsers, other games, multiple windows), how long has your PC been running up til that point? Maybe your fan glitched and the temp went up suddenly causing your system to freeze. If something happens over and over and can be confirmed as a specific to warframe problem, then it is quite possible they need to know about it. There is very little DE can do about your computer. If you have a great computer and it never crashed before this, give it some time, restart, reboot, see if it happens again. If it does, that would be an opportune time to report the situation. Rhundis
Found your problem. It's windows 10.
Magnulast
Found your problem. It's windows 10. Actually it isn't. They fixed a ton of bugs in the new build recently. It's highly doubtful it's the OS fault now. Anyway, is there anything different? like a overly excessive amount of particle effects? Or did you modify the file compatibility to windows 7? Error989
check if your RAM is correctly configured in BIOS (it sounds like RAM problem, I had the same problem when I OC-ed my RAM a bit too much) Edited November 19, 2015 by Error989
Auramaru
I used to have this problem on my laptop, before I switched to PC. Xekrin is on the right track: something very, VERY specific caused the crash. For me, there was a specific map-tile in the derelict that would cause my laptop to crash. Support needs that log and some other info to be able to track this sort of S#&$ down.

Nomicakes
This happens to me frequently. DE insists it's my PC and nothing else, has told me straight out that 'You're the only one with this issue', and I have tried every fix known to man. The ONLY way I've discovered that stops it? Opening a youtube video on my second monitor. I'm not even kidding. I have no idea why it works, but it does.
