0 Mcl_Blue
You can't. They'll see what they can do to make it available for everyone, but for now, it's exclusive for Steam players.

0 Aldisun
The whole system is incredibly frustrating. I don't like using steam and really don't want to re-download the whole game again just so I can purchase a single syandana. If I could move my game files over to steam that would be fine, but that doesn't work. Why can't we just purchase these from the steam page!?!? 0 UrielColtan
I have both steam and regular launch for just such occasions. Just download it on steam, a one time setup is not going to hurt and you will be ready for future things like this.
