I'm not spoiled, I already completed quest, but others might be. Click edit, then choose "full editor", and then you can change the title. Do it quick! Edit: As per your question Yes, once the quest is completed, you can go back and change the appearance again however you please. The importance of choosing the appearance during the quest, is to decide how you will look during the cinematic -- this is important if you want to take screenshots and have them look just so.
