ZephyrPhantom
Or more specifically, the act of Transference. Does this mean we could possibly take take control of an Infested or even a mangled Warframe/Warframe-ish construct like Zanuka and use it as if it was our own body, assuming that they'd completely lost the connection to their original masters? I'm curious to hear what others think. Edited December 4, 2015 by ZephyrPhantom
Aimop95
I believe so, the Orokin feared us because we seemed capable of possessing many things, but only Warframes could withstand the power that came with the possesion
Omega-Shadowblade
I think warframes have special connectors. Kinda like how certain devices only work when connected on a specific frequency.
TheFatDrake
There is also probably special technology that the warframes have that the infested and zanuka dont have.
Ludovsky
Actually, I think the specific reasons why Vor and Alad V have been such dangerous individuals is that they both, without realizing it, came very close to uncovering the act of Transferance itself.Alad V literally butchered open Tenno warframes only to realize just how "wrong" they were. Yet he still assumed at the time that the thing inside the Warframe -was- the Tenno originally. And then made a literal remote-controlled organism out of Warframe parts in Zanuka. Literally reproducing Transferrance without even realizing it!But then there is Vor. Who a while back realized the Warframe was indeed an armor for the "true power" of the Tenno. The focusing lense to their divine light. His mistake was assuming that the tenno was still the being inside the suit, thus originally his desire to bring one "alive" to better study it's secret since it seemed to him like those secrets and powers died with the "tenno" inside the suit. But what made him perhaps more dangerous than Alad V was his Ascaris. Where Alad V just reassembled spare warframe parts into a Zanuka and remote controlled a glorified robot.... Vor was about to remote control a living warframe itself. Not only that, -he was starting to tap into the tenno's very mind-.He was literally hacking into the Transferance without realizing itFrom there, it would only have been a matter of time for someone as crafty and knowledgeable in Orokin lore as him to realizes the Truth of the Tenno.... and find where they were -truly- hidden now that he could offer his Queen a true promise to truly end the Tenno Threat. It's a good thing that his new corrupted self is so drunk on void energy and the religious ephiphany of his "Ascension" to follow such quests again, because that alone made him the greatest threat the Tennos ever faced before Hunhow revealed the truth to the Stalker.
