Super Dark Warframe

This has been happening since u18.

Some places are just really dark.

Dark Sector Survival was almost pitch black. My warframes shiny bits were the only reason I could barely navigate, and enemies were just as dark.

 

Most missions have been okay. But sometimes the lightning makes everything extremely dark.

This happens even if I set brightness and contrast to maximum.

 

I uh... I'm pretty lost :(

Yeah. Some tilesets (mainly Grineer indoor and Orokin Mun tilesets) are so dark.

Oh no, please don't "fix" it again! _{Or just a liiittle bit, the game went to bright after Update 13.}

Seems more like the problem is that the flashlight doesn't come on automatically in a lot of places. I sort of notice this in places, but never the usually dark infested tilesets.

It was... interesting, doing a Dark Sector Survival entirely in the dark.

Definitely would have liked a flashlight.

DE, give us flashlights 2.0!

 

Or, you know, add a key to activate it. (always on by default while the player is in the dark)

And if you like playing Valkyr when you trigger Hysteria it's even worst! Pitch Black experience wannabe Vin Diesel.

if you are still having this problem try turning your contrast down. alot of the grineer and infested maps had massive dark areas that looked kinda like that to me and would leave me lost for a couple seconds or just annoyed.

 

but i turned contrast down and brightness up and now i can see everything lol

 

although on that tileset its still very very dark but it helped on others
