I compare them loosely. What I'm asking is if Nezha is super fast compared to all the other frames, kind of like how Itzal is super fast compared to the other 2 archwings. Well, You first need to throw the Chakram and you teleport to it with a second cast so its not instant like the Itzal and the range is limited. What if you slapped on Natural Talent + Speed Drift?
