I suppose there's no way to accurately determine that, but you could always mention spoilers in a thread title and provide a disclaimer, or if it's a chat room, then perhaps asking if it's okay to speak about it would be best. As for Warframe spoilers I'd say it's fine to start talking as every platform now has the chance to actually play the quest.
