Why Isn't Repelling Bastille Repelling

I have a maxed repelling bastille and 100% power strength 

 

I have no idea why it isn't repelling infested

 

am I supposed to have >100?

HyokaChan,

 

Power strength does not effect the Repelling Bastille mods chance, however does affect the damage dealt to enemies when they bounce. If some enemies are leaking through the Bastille, then it is because of the chance. When I use my Vauban, I always throw down Two Bastille's just to make sure no enemies get past.

As far as i know, the mod repells the enemies, what the Bastille isn't able to lift up. So in other words the non-liftable enemies will be repelled back, therefore if you lower your strength and increase your range, you will be able to repell them not just from a greater distance but more enemy. Keep in mind, in this way you will sacrifice the original purpose of the bastille.

 

Team up with a Loki, and here you go, almost a pseudo snow globe.

Well, my knowledge came from in-game experience and http://warframe.wikia.com/wiki/Repelling_Bastille

 

There are maybe some issues, but that few times when i used that build (mostly against infested), it was quite good and efficient. Even fun, when they flew over me and i was just staying by the Cryopod.
