(PSN)XpAcErX
Time Stream and Temporal Storm have exactly the same description Void Pulse has a 50% chance to increase speed by 20% for 5 seconds but reduce shields by 75% for the player. About that ability it sounds like its a gimped version of Volt's Speed power, why even add the 75% shield reduction? 5 seconds of speed isnt OP by any means. Systemic Override Void Pulse increases the efficiency of warframe abilities by 20% for 5 seconds. Why for 5 seconds and not for the rest of the round? This ability seem completely useless for such a small window of time. Edited January 5, 2016 by (PS4)XpAcErX

(PSN)XpAcErX
That balances the OPness of the "4 energy per sec for the rest of the mission". that makes sense put an op ability so you can add a gimped ability. why even add it at all? ----Fenrir----
That balances the OPness of the "4 energy per sec for the rest of the mission". No, it balances nothing. It just means that no one will ever put points into. I mean why would anyone increase the already long cool down timer for something that is useless? Djego27
Everything in the Zenurik skill tree got just like place holder numbers, with energy overflow happens to be designed to good and the rest feels like designed around a Moba game from somebody that never played warframe(except the void puls CC that is actually fairly handy vs stuff like the juggernaut). Because you're playing warframe. A game that NEVER get finished & balanced because the devs only add unfinished stuff they instantly forget about. Right now focus is maybe the only thing in the game that has a chance to get balanced soon. Just wait :D Edited January 5, 2016 by Trichouette

Trichouette
not so op when it takes 6 minutes to use it with all those skills The rest of the tree being totally useless, i just took the energy/sec passiv + the -cooldown passiv. Done.
