Where are some good spots to collect good mods to trade? Not really sure if there are any in the first place.

any mod that's worth a lot is gonna be hard to get, and any mod that's farmable isn't gonna be worth a lot

try orokin direlic vaults people always buy mods like fleeting expertise , transeint fortidude , blind rage , overextended , narow minded

1 - Vault missions, though you'll want a party of four.  Some of these mods are considered staples in many builds.  Blind Rage, Overextended, Transient Fortitude, etc.

 

2 - Whatever the latest stance mod is, especially if it's for a new category of weapon.

 

3 - Maxed-out versions of 10-level mods like Vitality, Redirection, Serration, Hornet Strike, and the mods from #1.

 

4 - Primed mods from Baro, getting copies to sell (optionally maxed for lots more value).

 

5 - Life Strike and others that are considered staples for weapons but are rare.
