Atlantis Vulcan Has Its Drop Rate Become Less?

Today I sold my last Atlantis Vulcan stance mod. I figured I can always go farm it. So I went to Ceres Defense mission and farmed, and farmed, and farmed but not one dropped. I have done about 100 waves in one day and still no drop. Usually when I farmed Atlantis Vulcan the stance dropped relatively often like 1 out of every 3 missions to wave 20 or 25 which to me for an uncommon stance isn't too easy and still makes it challenging. So has the drop rate become less or am I having bad luck with RNG?

From my experience, Atlantis Vulcan is always considered "moderately rare" at about the same level as Gaia's Tragedy and Vulpine Mask.
