It's not so much as making decisions as it is following the decisions given to you. Anyone can show stubbornness and walk away. In fact, women and children are fairly good at it. Being a man is about doing the things nobody wants to do. They take the bullet that nobody wants to take, like Jesus in a way. They do the tough jobs and decisions not because they have to, and certainly not because they want to, but because they know that if they don't do it no one will. And you wanna know the real kicker to all this? Real men are the sh*tted by society regardless all because of what they got between their legs. Look around, watch the news or any form of pop-culture. guys are stereotyped as being deadbeats, oppressors, idiots, sex-addicts, alcoholics, liars, and so many other things. Why are we always portrayed as villains in the world? It angers you to the breaking point. To the point where you want to just......leave....see how they do on their own.....yeah that'll teach em..... but that isn't what being a man is about. It's about enduring the mockery, the stereotypes, the sudden burst of anguish she lashes out on you for no apparent reason. Why? because men were built tough like that and we still are. Real men do it because they can. So no. Being a man is not necessarily "going your own way" It's more about taking the burden and keeping your mouth shut like a good soldier. It's about serving.
