Braton Vandal Restoration

So today I submitted a support ticket to get my Lato & Braton Vandal back cause I accidentally sold them. I gotten my Lato Vandal back but not my Braton Vandal. However I didn't get my Braton Vandal. Cause the person said "however  there is no record allowing for the restoration of a Braton Vandal available to us within your account. " My friend said that people have gotten it back just by submitting a ticket. and I did have a Braton Vandal it's even in my profile at lvl 14.

Well, support is the only way. I'll ask what can be done, but we cannot do anything here. Have you sent screenshot with Braton Vandal in your profile?

You could actually take a screen of that and submit it to support. Besides you created your account in February 2013 and the Open Beta didn't start until March-April right?
