Home Page refuses to load / Can't Sign in

This is a recurring problem I have been experiencing since the new forums were introduced.

 

After a specific time of day in the afternoon/evening, I am logged out of the forums and trying to log back in from the forum does nothing. Trying to go to warframe.com to log out and back in ends with the result that my browser is attempting to connect, but the site refuses to load.

Browser reports "Read http://n8k6e2y6.ssl.hwcdn.net" or "Waiting for http://n8k6e2y6.ssl.hwcdn.net", but my network indicator shows a 0KB/s activity. It remains there until it eventually decides to stop trying after a few minutes.

 

I attempted to see if this error can be bypassed by activating my Avast SecureLine VPN (which helps with strict NAT issues and certain other websites' anti-spam protection getting triggered by my ISP's IP ranges and IP cycling), but the results are the same. Page simply refuses to load, therefore making it impossible to log into the forums all night.

Is someone else experiencing this, or am I an isolated case?

I did read it before posting, but since it has absolutely nothing to do with the main issue of this post, which involves being unable to even load the homepage.

I had that this morning and finally had to flush my dns and reload my ip settings to clear it.  It has been so wonky since the migration, I have no idea what it's doing.
