Damaged Enemies Psychically Know The Player's Location

When enemies take damage they immediately know the player's exact location.  This sounds good for when the player does something obvious like shooting an enemy, but it applies in other situations as well and is thus detrimental for stealth.

For example a Castana detonation should not alert the enemy of the player's location because it's not a directional attack, but the enemy knows where the player is and moves to engage despite not knowing where the player was beforehand.

This also means that enemies who have DoTs on them will constantly follow the player around, even if they're not supposed to know where the player is.  They constantly follow the player perhaps because they're informed of the player's location at every damage tick.

And no, Radial Disarm doesn't aggro so that's not the cause.

Everyone knows about this, even DE. You know what it is? It's just a failure with enemy AI that has never been addressed. They may fix it soon since they updated the map to show enemies who haven't seen you visually (the arrows are empty and not filled in) but it is something that needs to be addressed soon.

A while ago, DE made it so only enemies who saw you can activate alarms, although it seems this is no longer the case.

The same problem exists on missions like capture where the lotus yells "THERE IS THE TARGET GO GIT EM!!!" and the target runs away and enemies all become alerted even if nobody actually saw you, going out of stealth will make enemies rush to your position which is unfair.

I also believe this works with slash procs as well. I would be happy to see this fixed and not just for when you are in stealth. Ex: enemies getting damaged by an AoE affect but not seeing where you were and now they suddenly know where you are despite the fact that you might be stealthed or completely out of the room.
