Can 4 player join on a single blueprint of Sand of Inaros?

As per title, say I've got a copy of the blueprint for the quest Sand of Inaros. Can I be host for other players that DID NOT bought the quest?

i doubt they would receive the reward....and if they did receive the reward....it would be considered a bug and an exploit at the same time

No, not in any meaningful way.

The quest is initiated upon crafting the key and subsequently receiving a message from Baro Ki'Teer. So people who didn't craft the key won't have the quest. It's possible that you may be able to invite them along on the first mission, but subsequent missions for sure require that each player has equipped a certain quest item. So they won't be able to join you.

Parts of the quest require that you kill certain enemies however, and you may be assisted by others, regardless of whether they have started or even already finished the quest.

The blueprint unlocks the quest. If you do not unlock the quest you cannot start the quest. If you cannot start the quest you cannot progress and get rewards from the quest.

TL;DR- no.

They can come along for the ride, but they will not get the quest, any quest progress, or any quest rewards.

This is purely conjecture, but I would assume not. Progress in the quest is based off of the urn, and while they could certainly tag along for the missions attached to the quest, they would not receive the urn, nor the parts associated with completing the quest.
