I need help..

I cant trade in game. It says ive used all trades for the day but i havnt traded anything.. Been like this for. Week now. I took a couple month breK from the game and missed a few updates. So idk if im trade banned or if its a hickup in the system. Ive submitted a ti ket a week ago and im still waiting. What i need to know is when some one is trade banned are they notified through email or in game message. Idk how they would know my email for xbox live. All i need help with is how does some one know they are trade banned. Is there a process?? Or is the user just left with his head in the clouds????? No one can answer me. Not even in game moderators who say im not banned yet i cant trade. NEED HELP!!!

Took the time to answer the question:

Submit a ticket to support.warframe.com. it is most likely a bug which support will have to solve for you. 

Don't expect a reply quickly (1-2 weeks are expected waiting times), but this will be able to solve it

You have traded before? You are above MR1? Then it should be a bug. If you have handed your ticket, all you can do is wait. Farm in meantime, not to get bored : )

There have been a few others with this problem but you need to report it to support to get it fixed.
