I go with a duration (no narrow minded), max range build for stomp. CC is king in super late game, enemies immobilized, your squad continues to do damage, and you save downed teammates. You'll also have high enough efficiency to spam it often. Vitality+rage to benefit from those stray shots and protect against slash+toxic procs.

Aura: CP or ES

Exilus: Handspring (less time knocked down=more time stomping)

Mods:  P. Cont, P. Flow, Streamline, Stretch, Overextended, Constitution or Natural talent (Depending on what you put in your exilus), Vitality, Rage

With a str build (no overextend), you are maxing on roar, IS only. IS doesn't make it very far into super high level scenarios and gets dispelled by nullifiers. Roar is nice, but it requires teammates to be close enough, and doesn't protect you or your squad at all. You'll also be running low on efficiency meaning you'll need plates, trin, or zenurik.

So I use this like 90% of the time whenever I Rhino http://warframe-builder.com/Warframes/Builder/Rhino_prime/t_30_2420243030_5-7-5-6-3-5-12-0-10-19-5-10-34-8-5-46-1-5-411-2-10-479-4-10-481-6-10-615-9-5_12-8-46-6-411-8-6-11-479-7-19-7-481-7-5-9-34-14-615-9_0/en/1-0-23

I'd switch out Intensify for FLeeting Expertise 1 of 2 reasons/situations,

1. It's energy Reduction in sortie

2. If I felt like spamming Stomp more.

I use this build for an excellent Roar damage buff + excellent duration on the roar. Stomp if built without FE is not meant to be spammed but with 47m on stomp+ 10 seconds stasis you shouldnt need to spam it a whole lot.

I'd also like to point out this build is used with Zenurik. If you don't you may or may not run into energy problems depending on how fast you kill+move around.

I run three different builds with Rhino. :D Disclaimer: I have not completed adding forma to Rhino, just so you know...

Build #1: Iron Skin Tank

6ckVj86.jpg

This build can get you places in end-game. You may have noticed I run at -50% efficency, mostly because I mostly use his first two abilities (And sometimes his third, once in a blue moon), which I also offset with Primed Flow, but it is optional. The point of this build is to well... tank everything...

If you're questioning the use of Iron Sharpnal... don't.... First of all, the damage his Ironskin augment can dish out is insane when the armor boost from Ironclad Charge is high enough, and secondly, if my Ironskin is running low in high level missions I get shredded when my Ironskin goes down and I usually don't have time to cast it again.

In a nutshell for high level play: Charge group, cast Ironskin and you're golden (Literally). When skin is below 20%, charge into a group, decast skin and recast if you're able.

Build #2: CC King

I'm fairly certain this build is self explanatory. Fleeting may or may not be needed if you have a trin in your squad or have the Zenurik passive for efficiency.

Build #3: All around fun guy (Balanced build just for fun times with friends :D )

*Self explanatory*

Depends on your playstyle. I would focus on his shields, and his 2nd and 4th abilities. A lot of power strength, and decent power stats, along with a maxed redirection will work for a pretty good build. Adding sprint speed mods like rush will help him.

My build is basically centered around this core:

- 70-75% Efficiency: Being able to always have energy for Iron Skin is very important, and I want to be able to spam Stomp.
- High Duration: Higher Duration == the longer enemies are sitting ducks with Stomp, and a nice Roar duration doesn't hurt
- Moderate to High Range: Being able to effect the whole room is ideal for Stomp. Anything less than 20m is basically a failure state to me.
- Average/No Penalties to Power Strength: I want my Iron Skin to have a good default amount of Armor when I'm not being attacked, and for Roar to be worth using. Having Stomp be able to really hurt/kill mooks is always a nice bonus

Therefore, I have 2 builds. One is the initial "No Forma" build. This is basically "step 1" for me, including Vitality:

http://warframe-builder.com/Warframes/Builder/Rhino/t_30_0400040020_2-5-10-3-8-5-4-0-5-5-7-4-19-1-10-49-2-9-55-6-4-472-3-3-479-4-10_4-9-19-7-49-15-472-9-479-14-2-6-55-10-5-8-3-18-f-f_0/en/1-0-16/90254/0

Later on, this is a 2 Forma more team oriented build with better stats for both Range and Duration, and a better Aura in Energy Siphon:

http://warframe-builder.com/Warframes/Builder/Rhino/t_30_2400040030_4-4-5-5-7-5-8-8-5-19-1-10-49-5-4-55-6-3-384-3-3-472-2-3-479-0-10-613-9-5_479-7-19-7-472-9-384-9-4-9-49-5-55-9-5-9-8-14-613-9_0/en/1-0-16/91301/0

I've written out some details in the description of each build as well.
