Broken War's Mastery Level?!

During an ODD [Orikin Derelict Defense] the Stalker paid a visit & was quickly dispatched right along with the infested & he/she/it left behind the Blueprint for the Broken-War [which I already have in my arsenal due to completing The Second Dream Quest] and as it sits in my foundry it says XP Locked while the Wikia states that Mastery Rank 3 is the Broken-War's mastery requirement. So I am wondering is my foundry trolling me or is the Wikia incorrect?!

Scratch that. Min for Second Dream is 3. I'd suggest making a support ticket.

Might be because War requires MR10 to wield but now that you can create another Broken War without needing a War, they forgot to remove the MR cap.
