Corpus Containers aren't reusable crates like the Grineer ones, they're one time only vessels that shatter into pieces once the item inside is needed. it must be annoying to have someone bust them open before you can scan them, but I've always found mine solo. they do it because it's exciting to receive something other than Credits and ammo/resources. they don't think others care about scanning them.
