Simulacrum (What is it?) & (How do I use it?)

So yeah, I just recently discovered that I could practice my mastery tests before actually doing the test. When looking around the room I discovered this thing standing here with restricted access.  Does anyone know how to get in?

you can buy the Similacrum key from Cephilon Simeris for 50,000 standing i believe. it allows you to test your weapon builds and your frame builds against enemies that you have fully scanned. the Helios sentinel will scan enemies for you, so long as you have scanners in your gear slot, and you can go about your regular killing business.

you can set the number of enemies and hat level they are and then test you mettle against them

You can simulate and test your weapons on ennemy that you have scanned ^.^
