Why Higher Void Keys Hard To Get?

I purchase void keys from my syncidate and still get low level void keys. 

If I completed low level void mission still get low level void key. How many times it take to get actually higher level void keys and when the reward actually drop?

Do DE keep track of what rewards was deploy or it RNG?

No, RNG is what it's name implies: Random.

You're most likely searching in the wrong places.

Missions are kind of divided by tiers as: Tier 1: mission level 1-15 // Tier 2: mission level 15-25 // Tier 3: mission level 25+

And that matters as higher tier keys drop in higher tier missions.

Syndicate key packs usually guarantee one T3 or T4 key, and then two additional completely random keys.

Look there's multiple ways to get keys without looking in to the same missions, try to investigate, it seems some players are willing to tell you some too, well, i don't know about the higher tier keys ur looking, but ill give you some tip, EXCAVATION MISSION, perhaps with that, you will be able to get easily more now..., cheers.
