Which frame would you recommend d to do quests?

I'm a tad slow in things and have one done like four quests. I need to do the second dream dream and the first dream and a bunch of others. I have all female Warframes so which would you recommend? Trinity is always a safe bet but she has no damage. Maybe sayrn?

Whatever frame you main/like the most quests aren't particularly hard so if you have a favorite you may as well go with it there's not much chance of you dying even if you solo it with mediocre gear.

On that note if all you're really looking for is Damage then Ember or Saryn would probably be best if you want CC then I'd say Nyx or Nova but again it's not like you really need to make a build for these quests

Saryn's a safe bet, and strong. I used Valkyr and just blew right through everything (but she's my favorite so I would have used her anyways). Really anything can do them, it's just up to personal taste and skill.

Honestly, play it by mission type. There are going to be some mobile defenses, some captures, etc.

I would use the frame that I'm trying to get in the quest...

no but seriously some frames are better suited to handle certain missions better like stated above. I would makes sure I know what frames suits the mission I'm trying to into and go from there. You don't have to use a singular frame to complete a quest.

Frost can do any mission type against any faction with relative ease.

For a female frame... Nyx?

Basically you want a frame that can solo protect an excavation/defense/mobile defense objective. If they can do that, they can do any quest mission.

okay thank you! it seems i need to pick up a frost prime or maybe build syran. thanks for the advice!
